BASC Field Use Policy

Fields at ISSC are for official club use ONLY! No practices or unscheduled activities are permitted on the fields.

Attention: Use of the soccer fields at ISSC is authorized for officially scheduled BASC games, authorized tournaments, BASC scrimmages or special training sessions only. Use by non-BASC teams is available - click here.

NOTE: Only 2 Scrimmages or Special Training Sessions are allowed per 30 calendar days per team at ISSC

Scrimmages:

Scrimmages may be scheduled by BASC teams for play at ISSC so long as at least one team is an official BASC team and a uniformed/licensed referee officiates the game. Scrimmages are afforded a 90 minute time block. The BASC Referee Assignor can assist coaches in finding a referee but is not required to ensure a referee is located and/or scheduled. Referee Assigning Fee - If you would like a referee assigned to your scrimmage, the fee is $4.00 per referee assigned. (Referee pay is separate than the assigning fee.) Payment for the referee services are to be negotiated between the coach and referee. All scrimmages should be scheduled & paid for at least 4 business days prior to the requested date. Scrimmage requests have several administrative approvals which may take several days to process. If you have not received an email from the scheduler regarding your scrimmage request after 2 business days, please email: games@bascok.com

Special Training Sessions:

Special Training sessions may be requested to be scheduled at ISSC by BASC teams who wish participate in a BASC Special Training Clinic. The training session shall be coordinated and directed by a third party coach or trainer. Special Training Clinics are part of BASC continuing soccer curriculum and the third party coach shall provide training on a soccer curriculum topic as recommended by the BASC Head Coach. Training sessions are afforded a 90 minute time block. A special training session does not include training of one or more BASC teams by their own coach(es). All special training sessions should be scheduled & paid for at least 4 business days prior to the requested date. Special training requests have several administrative approvals which may take several days to process. If you have not received an email from the scheduler regarding your training session request after 2 business days, please email: games@bascok.com.

Fees:

All field use by BASC teams requires payment of a $25 use fee and $10 administrative fee (total of $35) per time slot.  *Click Here to make payment.

*All scrimmages or training sessions have to be paid for before the scheduler will officially schedule the field use.

 


 

Requesting ISSC Field Use by Non-BASC teams

 

For any non-BASC team or group:

Use of soccer fields is restricted to scrimmages or games officiated by at least one uniformed, registered USSF referee with participation by organized teams registered to a club or school having an affiliation with OSSAA, USSF, USYS, US Club or other recognized sanctioning body. This is to ensure compliance with recognized rules of play, the City of Broken Arrow Recreation Criminal Background Check Policy for Youth Sports Managers and/or Coaches, insurance coverage and the general safety of participants.
