BASC Financial Assistance Program


Please read instructions carefully.

BASC offers registration fee assistance to a limited number of players each season to offset some of the player registration fees. Parents/guardians of players who meet the qualifications for the program will be considered for assistance.

The amount of assistance provided each season is limited; therefore, applicants should consider requesting only the amount needed to meet their needs so that as many players can benefit from the program as possible. 

This program is a policy of the BASC Executive Board and may be revoked or revised by a majority vote of the board members.
 


Application Requirements and Deadline

The parent/guardian of the player(s) requesting registration fee financial assistance must complete, sign, and submit the online application along with the required supporting documentation to the BASC office before the application deadline. The application is available at the bottom of this page. 

Your required Tax Documents must be submitted in one of the following ways:

  • Submitted via the Financial Aid Form. (preferred)
  • Delivered to the BASC office during office hours or through the mail slot in front door within 48 hours of application being submitted.
  • Faxed: 918-516-0664

Shortly after you submit the online Financial Aid Request Form, you will receive an email from BASC Financial Aid (jessica@basoccer.club) with a copy of your submitted answers. Please keep this email for your records as it will be your confirmation of submittal.

An application and supporting documentation must be submitted to BASC each season for consideration and is due before the end of Normal Registration. 

 

 

Applications for the Spring 2021 season are due no later than July 16, 2021. 
Funds are limited so be sure to submit applications early!

Processing Timeline

  • After the application has been submitted, you will receive an email from BASC Financial Aid (jessica@basoccer.club) with a copy of your submitted answers. Please keep this email for your records as it will be your confirmation of submittal.
  • All applications will be processed the weekend after deadline, reglardless of when it was submitted.
  • Emails will be sent to those who receive financial aid by the Tuesday after the deadline with a voucher number. (Be sure to check your email {including junk mail} during this time.)
    • Please do not call the office unless you have not received an email by the Wednesday after the deadline. 
    • Do not register your child until you receive this email. 
  • The Voucher will reduce the amount you owe, you will be responsible for the remaining balance.
