The US Soccer Curriculum is designed to improve development of players in the organized player base in the United States, concentrating on creating more organized, age-appropriate training sessions, developing coaching practices and creating an environment that is fun for the players.
Coaches are encouraged to review the entire document prior to implementing training plans and sessions to ensure an understanding of the coaching style and principles recommended.
BASC also requires all Special Training Sessions at ISSC to utilize age appropriate session examples from the curriculum (Part 5 to 8 below) for compliance with the BASC Season Long Training Clinic.
