Can Reschedules be requested via GotSoccer?
No, all reschedules must be requested via email to games@bascok.com with both coaches written communication showing they both agree to the new date. 

 

Can we reschedule if our game is in a weather/lightning delay?
Yes, you can reschedule, but because refs have already been asigned to the game, the reschedule will be considered Out of Policy and you will be requried to pay the Out of Policy Reschedule Fee before the game can be put back on the schedule.

 

I think it's to cold for my players to play today, can I reschedule?

I don't think the field is safe for my players, what are my options?
If at anytime you do not feel the field you are assigend is safe for your players, you can go to the Ref Shack and ask the Referee Assignor or Area Referee for a new game time/location for that day. You can also choose to leave and reschedule the game to a differnet date and time. If you choose the latter, the game will be considered Out of Policy and will require payment before the game can be rescheduled. 

 

The opposing team wants to reschedule, what do I do?
If the opposing coach wants to reschedule a game at ISSC and you agree to the reschedule, you, as the home coach, will need to send an email to games@bascok.com with the other coach cop  YOu are responsible for emaiing the Games Scheduler, not the opposing coach.
